Tanmayee (she/her) is a counselling psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She has cleared the MH-SET in Psychology and is certified in Queer Affirmative Counselling Practice. Her approach to counselling focuses on concepts like an individual’s inherent worth, meaning in life, and thought-belief-action connections. She has worked with clients navigating concerns related to relationships, identity, self-esteem, work, grief, anxiety, and stress. Tanmayee believes in using eclectic techniques, continuous self-work, multidisciplinary thinking, and offering a truly non-judgmental space to help clients achieve their potential.
