Tanmayee (she/her) is a counselling psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and certification in Queer Affirmative Counselling Practice. She also has experience working in suicide prevention. Her approach is a blend of Humanistic-Existential and Cognitive perspectives that focus on concepts like an individual’s inherent worth, meaning in life, and thought-belief-action connections. She has worked with clients navigating relationships, identity, self-esteem, work, grief, anxiety, and stress. Tanmayee believes in using eclectic techniques, continuous self-work, multidisciplinary thinking, and a truly non-judgmental spirit to help clients achieve their potential.
